12R22.5 trailer tires comes from the good brand like linglong, chengshan, double corn etc. Is able to work in hard conditions like the high temperature, cold conditions, or the dessert .
The steel of the cargo box adopt the high strength ones strictly controlled by the purchasing manger. And highly controlled by the producing manger while produced .
Main beam of the trailer is various according to the payload of the semi trailers that the customers required. The standard type that we usually use is the 14/16/8 mm for the 40 ton payload . The main beam adopt the Q345 steel and automatic welding to make the main beam strong enough to suit the payload .
Lock stitch of the side door and the rear door is different according to the customers requirement , there are container type, the normal type, embedded type the save the sea cost. Whichever is strong enough for the transportation safety .
Rear fence is made by strong carbon steel for the trailer safety.
